CIC Lab
Collective Intelligence for Communication: a training course in Spain on working in groups in a more cooperative and inclusive way.

Why it started
Anyone who works with young people and groups knows that cooperation cannot be taken for granted. The course started from a simple idea: to cooperate with others, you first need to understand how you behave in a group. The aim was to give youth workers, facilitators and volunteers tools to design more inclusive activities with their own groups.
What it does
From 3 to 10 July 2025, in Obón (Teruel, Spain), the course led by Equipo Mandrágora brought together participants from Spain, Italy, Romania, France, Greece, Lithuania and Bulgaria. Naqah took part as a partner.
- principles of collective intelligence and roles in cooperation;
- non-violent communication and emotional intelligence;
- body-based workshops on each person's space of freedom within a group;
- creative and outdoor activities in small groups;
- sessions led by participants and an intercultural evening.
